Breakfast was satisfactory. The restaurant was a little confused, considering the arrangement of the tables and chairs.

I didn't like the price of the meal. It was expensive. The pool water was cold. The pool bar service was confusing, slow to deliver orders, and changing orders between customers.

Should have a better maintenance

The pool area and the entertainment team.

It seems they don't care about maintenance. There were several small problems in the room, like the floor making noise when you step, the water go out from the shower, making all the bathroom wet, the faucet moves entirely when you try to open it, problematic outlets and etc. I was expecting a better place, as this hotel is one of the hotels that are together with the Thermas dos Laranjais. In the end of the day, it was a good staying, but for this price, it should be really better

Das piscinas sujas e a falta de cadeiras e guarda sol. Foi péssima a ideia de tomar café em outro local fora do hotel . O café da manhã fraco com pouca diversidade.

Hotel e quartos precisam de manutenção urgente

Água da piscina e temperatura da água. O novo café da manhã também ficou muito bom.

O estado do hotel está degradado. Os elevadores estão muito judiados e dá até medo de andar em um deles. Fiquei hospedado no período onde houve troca de administração do hotel e recebi uma carta praticamente me expulsando do hotel. Quando pedi orientação na recepção os funcionários não sabiam do que se tratava.

Comparação 2019 X 2025

O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso. A localização é muito privilegiada. Os bares e as diversas opções de piscina são as principais atrações do lugar. A água da piscina é climatizada, o que permite usufruir da atração até de noite. Também aproveitamos a sauna que era muito boa. Especialmente para crianças, tem muitas atrações na piscina, vale a pena ir em família.

Comparando com outra vez que fui em família (2019) a qualidade do café da manhã piorou, em sabor, variedade de itens, e horário. Antes eles ofereciam o café no próprio hotel, e agora é necessário pegar uma van para a cidade. Além disso o horário do café inicia 7:30h e as vezes não tem lugar suficiente na van para ir nesse horário. Como a principal atração é o parque aquático que abre as 9h, o horário do café da manhã acaba atrasando a entrada do parque. Outro ponto, é que em 2019 a entrada exclusiva do resort para o parque começava as 8h, e agora inicia as 9h que é o mesmo horário que abre para todo o restante dos visitantes do parque, excluindo assim o diferencial de ter uma entrada exclusiva com antecedência. Por fim, a limpeza da piscina também já foi melhor. Tentamos usar a piscina de manhã quando já estava aberta, mas os funcionários ainda estava limpando, e ao entrar era possível visualizar que tinha muito produto forte, pois os biquínis que estávamos usando ficaram amarelados. Gostei muito do lugar na primeira vez e por isso voltei, mas seria muito importante eles melhorarem o café da manhã, voltar a ter a refeição no hotel, e ampliar os horários dos serviços para voltar a qualidade que era ou refletir esses pontos na diminuição do preço dos pacotes.
